She's a certified trainer (NSCA), nutrition coach (PNL1) and Pre/Post Natal expert that has so much knowledge to share about building small healthy habits for results that LAST throughout ALL stages of life. Her app gives women the freedom to work together with a coach on their goals inside the gym AND out and provides a real and personal connection to keep you accountable and progressing!

Hayley has a gift for unlocking your potential to "bulletproof" your body through mobility.

She's a person who loves adventures of all kinds and who enjoys using her knowledge and experience to help others unlock the future they desire. Fawn Coussens - PT, MSPT

Fawn is a physical therapist and has been practicing for nearly

25 years and owns Kinetic Physical Therapy in West Seattle. She has a holistic, patient-centered approach to care and believes that our bodies are not defined by their injuries or restrictions and should be honored for their capacity.  When working with patients, she incorporates assessment of restrictions and impairments involving the muscular, joint, craniosacral, neural and organ/visceral systems. In addition to being specialized in integrated movement training, Fawn specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, working with pre & post-partum individuals as well as peri & post-menopausal individuals.

Fawn has a talent for helping you reclaim your pelvic health and vitality.

Fawn is committed to education for herself, her patients and her colleagues. She has taught an ongoing series of courses for exercise professionals and assisted with continuing education courses for Physical Therapists instructing in the material of Carrie Hall, PT, MHS and Dr. Shirley Sahrmann, PT, PhD, FAPTA. She continues to teach in the community at covering topics such as running/cycling fitness and injury prevention, optimal stretching techniques and pelvic floor muscle support for peri/post menopausal, pregnant and postpartum women.
